Using Teacher Ease:
Teacher Ease is a great way to check your child's grades weekly. You can also check to see if you owe lunch money.
The first thing you will need to do (if you have not already done so) is give the office your e-mail address. Then the office will enter your e-mail address with Teacher Ease and you will receive a "Welcome" from Teacher Ease and a password. If you have more than one student, you will have the same password for all of your children. This password will not change, and it will continue on as your child enters high school.
You may access www.teacherease.com from the school's website or by clicking the link listed here: http://www.teacherease.com
You may check your child's grades weekly, (or more often) to see how he/she is doing on daily assignments & tests. It is a great way to monitor grades before midterm and quarterly grades are sent home.
From the section PROGRESS REPORT you can see all of your child's current grades for each subject.
You can click on the grades to find out what the scores have been on individual assignments.
There is a section under FEES to see if you owe lunch money.
You can check under BEHAVIOR LOG to see if your child has been kept in at recess and for what reason.
You can e-mail the teacher from the Teacher Ease website.
You can receive e-mail from your teacher, about upcoming tests and other notices.
